Latest from the site - 31st August 2005

Work is progressing well on the embankment site. 

The main friezes are in place along with most of the flyer name plates. 

The pavement is being put down including the RAF Roundel which will form the base. 

The lighting is due to be installed in early September. 

The two pictures opposite show progress and the one below shows sculptor Paul Day in front of 'Scramble'.
