The Battle of Britain Monument in London is a superb monument to The Few - commemorating those people who took part in this vital battle of the Second World War. It is now open to the public having been unveiled by the Prince of Wales on 18th September 2005.

Fundraising:
Many thanks to everyone who donated to this publicly funded project. Apart from the monument construction the funds have also financed the maintenance and cleaning of the monument in perpetuity by Westminster City Council.
