The Airmen's Stories - AC1 T Draby

An Aircraftsman Draby served as a radar operator with 25 Squadron during the Battle of Britain.

He flew two operational sorties and apart from these he is not mentioned in the Squadron records.

On 1st October 1940, in the early hours, he flew with P/O EWJ Monk as pilot and P/O AT Sword-Daniels as air gunner.

In the evening of 26th October he flew with F/O HS Lusk as pilot and Sgt. A Bennison as Air Gunner.

His subsequent service is currently undocumented but he does not appear in the CWGC casualty records so it may be assumed that he survived the war.
